Technical examination

The applicant shall, subject to the provisions of regulation 180 of these Regulations, be required to undergo an examination (including practical tests) as to his knowledge of the following subjects – (a) aviation law, in so far as it affects the responsibilities of a flight navigator; 160 Civil Aviation (b) air navigation, including the interpretation of navigational aid identification signals; and (c) meteorology.
