Flying experience

The applicant shall be required to produce satisfactory (a) that he has had reasonable flying experience as a pilot in charge of balloons during the twelve months immediately preceding the date of the application; and (b) that he has completed ten flights as pilot in charge of a balloon, each of which flights must have been of at least two hours duration.
