Privileges attaching to licence
Air Navigation (General) Regulations, reg. 135 · Revised Edition 2020
The licence shall entitle the holder to fly as pilot of any type of free balloon and, subject to the requirements of Article 39 of the Order, any type of captive balloon specified in the aircraft rating included in the licence.
