Practical flying tests

The applicant shall be required to produce satisfactory evidence that he has completed the following flights in a balloon, each of at least two hours’ duration – (a) by day Civil Aviation 143 6 ascents under instruction; 1 flight in control under supervision; 1 flight alone in the balloon; (b) by night – 2 flights alone in the balloon.
