Practical flying test

The applicant shall, subject to the provisions of regulation 124 of these Regulations, be required, in the course of flying tests, with an examiner on board and including an instrument flying test, to demonstrate his general competence as a pilot during normal and emergency manoeuvres under visual and instrument flight conditions, and his ability to fly the type of flying machine to which the application relates.
