It is hereby declared that proviso (ii) and proviso (iii) of paragraph (1) of Article 55 of the Colonial Air Navigation Orders, 1955 to 1957, shall not apply to aircraft in Belize. * Originally made by the Governor under Article 55 (2) of the Colonial Air Navigation Order, 1955. The Regulations were saved under section 33 of the Civil Aviation Act, Chapter 239.
