Commencement of Act No. 23 of 1992

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1(2) of the Civil Aviation Act (No. 23 of 1992) and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, CARLOS DIAZ, Minister of Energy and Communications, do hereby appoint the 1st day of February, 1993 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
