Health control of aerodromes

Without prejudice to their general duties under any other enactment, it shall be the duty of the Minister and the Minister responsible for Health to make such arrangements as they think necessary– (a) for preventing danger to public health from aircraft arriving at any aerodrome in Belize; 20 Civil Aviation Act (b) for preventing the spread of infectious diseases by means of any aircraft leaving any such aerodrome, so far as may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out any treaty, arrangement or engagement with any country.
