Commencement of Civil Aviation Security Act

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 18 of the Civil Aviation Security Act, 2007, I, MANUEL HEREDIA JR., Minister of Tourism and Civil Aviation, hereby appoint the 18th day of June, 2008 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
