Application

(1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall not apply to anything regulated by– (a) the Civil Aviation Act or any Regulations made thereunder; CAP. 239. (b) the Belize Airports Authority Act or any Regulations made thereunder; CAP. 238. (c) the Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport Development Project Act or any Regulations made thereunder.
