Offences against the Conventions

(1) The Conventions shall, from the commencement of this Act, have the force of law in Belize. (2) Any person who contravenes any provision of any of the Conventions or any Regulations made pursuant to the 32 Conventions which is not specifically provided in this Act commits an offence and shall be liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of not less than three thousand dollars.
