Exemptions from fees

Airport Development And Passenger Service Fees Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

The classes and categories of persons set out in the Schedule hereto shall be exempt from the payment of airport development fee and passenger service fee levied under Regulations 3 and 4, respectively.
