Airport development fee

(1) This Regulation applies to persons who are not Belizean citizens and persons not permanently residing in Belize departing Belize on international flights from the airport. (2) A person referred to in subregulation (1) [i.e., non- residents] shall pay an airport development fee of eighteen dollars in the currency of the United States of America (US$18.00).
