Interpretation

In these Regulations“airport” means the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport; “airport development fee” means the fee prescribed in Regulation 3; “Authority” means the Belize Airports Authority; “international flight” means any flight that departs from the airport for a destination outside of Belize, whether or not stopping first at any place within Belize, and includes private non-commercial flights so departing the airport; “passenger service fee” means the fee prescribed in regulation
