Repeal of S.I. 44 of 2010 and S.I. 15 of 2011

(1) On the commencement of these Regulations, the Belize Airports Authority (Amendment) Regulations 2010, and the Belize Airports Authority (Amendment) Regulations 2011 shall stand repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the above repeal, any right, remedy, obligation, liability, penalty or punishment acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Regulations may be continued, enforced or imposed as if the said Regulations had not been repealed.
