Lorries, motor omnibus and carts

No person shall– (a) drive a motor lorry into the airport otherwise than for the purpose of delivering passengers’ baggage or other goods to the airport or of collecting the same therefrom; or (b) drive any cart into the airport; or (c) drive a motor omnibus into the airport for commercial purposes, without having first obtained the permission of the authorised officer.
