Chairperson

(1) The Minister shall appoint one of the directors to be Chairperson of the Board. (2) The Minister shall appoint one of the directors to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Board. (3) The Minister shall appoint a fit and proper person to be secretary to the Board. (4) In the case of the absence or inability to act of the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson shall perform the functions of the Chairperson. 8
