Penalty

Any person suspected on reasonable grounds of having contravened or of being about to contravene any of the regulations made under this Act shall upon being requested so to do by a police officer or an authorised person correctly state his name and address and the purpose of his being at the airport, and upon his failure so to do may be removed from the airport or any part thereof.
