Submission of budget estimates

(1) The Authority shall, on or before the 30th November in each year, prepare and submit to the Minister responsible for Finance, through the Minister for Communications, estimates of 15 the income receivable and the expenditures to be incurred during the financial year commencing on 1st April there following.
