Original or certified copy of examination to be evidence

Any examination taken in writing pursuant to section 11 (2) of this Act, or a copy thereof purporting to be certified under the hand of the Receiver or justice of the peace before whom such examination was taken, shall be admitted in evidence in any court of justice, or before any person having by law or by consent of parties authority to hear, receive and examine evidence as prima facie proof of all matters contained in such written examination.
