Ship security officer
Registration Of Merchant Ships (Ship Security) Regulations, reg. 8 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) A ship security officer shall perform the responsibilities and duties specified in this Part and Part A of the ISPS Code and in particular those listed in paragraph 12.2 of Part A of the ISPS Code.
(2) Any contravention of this regulation by the ship security officer shall be an offence.
