Company security officer
Registration Of Merchant Ships (Ship Security) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) A company security officer shall perform the responsibilities and duties specified in this Part and in Part A of the ISPS Code and in particular, those listed in paragraph 11.2 of Part A of the ISPS Code.
(2) Any contravention of this regulation by the company security officer shall be an offence.
