Offences relating to authorized persons

Registration Of Merchant Ships (Ship Security) Regulations, reg. 27 · Revised Edition 2020

Any person who – (a) intentionally obstructs any authorised person acting in the exercise of a power conferred on him by or under these Regulations; or (b) falsely pretends to be an authorised person, shall be guilty of an offence.
