Registration Of Merchant Ships (Cargo Vessels Operating In The Caribbean Trading Area) (Safety) Regulations, reg. 92 · Revised Edition 2020
Hydrostatic release units shall be servicedMerchant Ships (Registration) 196
(a) at intervals not exceeding twelve months;
however, in cases where it appears proper and reasonable, the Administration may extend this period up to a maximum of seventeen months;
(b) at an approved service station which is competent to service them, maintains proper servicing facilities and uses only properly trained personnel.
