In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 6(2) of the Merchant Ships (Registration) Act, 2010, and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GIAN C GANDHI, Director General of the International Financial Services Commission and ex officio Registrar of Merchant Shipping, do hereby appoint MRS ANNETTE GAREL as Senior Deputy Registrar of Merchant Shipping to assume responsibility for the operations of the Head Office of the International Merchant Marine Registry of Belize (IMMARBE), subject to my supervision.
