Merchant Ships (Registration) Act (Commencement) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 114(1) of the Merchant Ships (Registration) Act (No. 22 of 2010), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, DEAN O.
BARROW, Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 1st day of November, 2010 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
