Conversions of units of account

For the purpose of converting the amounts mentioned in sections 81, 82, 83, 84 and 87 of this Act, from special drawing rights into dollars, one special drawing right shall be treated as equal to such a sum in dollars as the International Monetary 53 Fund has fixed as being the equivalent of one special drawing right for, (a) the date the limitation fund shall have been constituted, payment is made, or security is given under section 90 of this Act; or (b) if no sum has been so fixed for that date, the last preceding date for which a sum has been so fixed.
