Limitation of calculation

Where the amount calculated in accordance with sections 81(a) and 82(1)(a) of this Act, is insufficient to pay the claims mentioned therein in full, the amount calculated in accordance with sections 81(b) and 82 (1)(b)(i), of this Act, respectively, shall be available for payment of the unpaid balance of claims under sections 81(a) and 82(1)(a) of this Act and such unpaid balance shall rank rateably with claims mentioned under sections 81(b) and 82(1)(b)(i) of this Act.
