Persons entitled to limit liability

(a) Shipowners and salvors may limit their liabilities in limit liability in accordance with (b) An insurer of liability for claims subject to limitation under this Part shall be entitled to the benefit of limitation to the same extent as the assured. (c) A person for whose act, neglect or default the shipowner or salvor is responsible may limit his liability under this Part.
