Computation of time for expiry of maritime liens

The one year period referred to in section 67(c) of this Act shall commence, (i) with respect to the maritime liens set out in section 63(c) of this Act, upon the claimant’s discharge from the (ii) with respect to the maritime liens set out in section 63 (b) and section 6 (e) to 63 (i) of this Act, when the claims secured thereby arise.
