Fees for registration of documents relating to ships

(1) There shall be paid to IMMARBE the several fees set out in the Second Schedule to this Act for the preliminary and permanent registration of every document pursuant to sections 35 and 36 of this Act. (2) The Minister may from time to time by Order published in the Gazette amend the Second Schedule.
