Regulations

(1) The Minister may make regulations for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act, including the prescribing of fees, forms and other things that need to be (2) Such regulations may provide that any contravention or breach thereof shall be punishable by Order of the Registrar to a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars, or on summary conviction before a Magistrate to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both such fine and term of imprisonment.
