Penalty for forgery, etc

Any person who forges or fraudulently alters any register, builder’s certificate, surveyor’s certificate, tonnage certificate, certificate of registry, declaration, bill of sale, instrument of mortgage, or any entry or endorsement made in or on any of those documents, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to the penalties prescribed in section 102 of this Act.
