Other records in relation to insurance

(l) The Ports Commissioner shall keep the following (a) a copy of the valid and expired or cancelled certificates of insurance; (b) the full name and address of the person to whom the insurance policy is issued; (c) in the case of a policy relating to a specified water taxi the registration number of the water taxi; (d) the date on which the insurance policy comes into force and the date on which it expires; and (e) the conditions subject to which the persons or classes of persons specified in the policy will be indemnified. (2) The records specified under subregulation (1) shall be kept for a period of at least one year from the date of expiry of the policy.
