Development of routes and schedules

(1) The Board shall develop a plan of landing places, and routes and schedules in every area of operation for the offering of a water taxi service. (2) The Board shall, within 14 days of any landing place, or route and schedule being developed under subregulation (1), publish notification thereof in the Gazette and in at least one newspaper of general circulation in Belize.
