Hazardous substances and flammable materials

(1) No person shall carry, attempt to carry or cause to be carried any hazardous substances on board a water taxi. 121 (2) No person shall carry, attempt to carry or cause to be earned any flammable materials on board a water taxi unless the material is required for the operation of the water taxi.
