Requirement of master and crew

(1) The master or a member of the crew shall not use an identification card other than the identification card duly issued to the master or member of the crew, by the operator or the Port Authority and the identification shall not be transferable to another master or member of the crew. (2) The Ports Commissioner shall, within 14 days of receiving an operator’s application for approval of the proposed uniform, notify the operator in writing of the decision to grant or reject approval of the uniform.
