Application

These Regulations shall apply to– (a) an operator who provides a service from a port or other landing place in Belize, to a port or other landing place in one or more of the Republics of Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico or Nicaragua; (b) an operator who provides a service in the internal and territorial waters of Belize, in accordance with the routes and schedule, and landing places permitted under these Regulations; and (c) an operator who is registered in the Republics of Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico or Nicaragua but provides a water taxi service from that Republic to Belize. 97
