Additional routes and schedules

(1) An operator may apply in writing to the Ports Commissioner to operate a water taxi service on a route or schedule in addition to those specified in the permit issued to the (2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee as specified in Schedule IV and contain the following informationSchedule IV. (e) any other information as required by the Ports (3) The Ports Commissioner may authorise additional routes and schedules, subject to special conditions as determined by the Ports Commissioner.
