Duration of permit

(1) Subject to subregulation (2), a permit may be issued for a period of not more than five years. 111 (2) Where a permit is issued for a period of more than one year, the operator shall pay to the Ports Commissioner the permit fee as specified in Schedule III, multiplied by the number of years for which the permit is issued. Schedule III. (3) An operator may apply for a renewal of a permit under regulation 24.
