Applicant may appear before Ports Commissioner
Harbours And Merchant Shipping (Water Taxi) Regulations, reg. 12 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Ports Commissioner may request that an applicant for a permit under regulation 7 appear in person before him.

(2) The Ports Commissioner may reject the application,
where the applicant is requested to appear before the Ports Commissioner and fails to do so.
