Contents of permit

(1) Subject to subregulations (2) and (3), a permit issued under regulation 7 shall– (a) be in writing and contain a unique identification permit code; and (b) contain a unique registration number of each vessel approved for use as a water taxi. (2) An applicant shall pay the annual permit fee as set out in Schedule III, prior to the issuance of a permit. Schedule III. (3) A permit issued under regulation 7 may be subject to the conditions specified in regulation 16.
