Examiners

(1) The examiners for the prescribed examination of an applicant applying for a Certificate of Competency for Masters shall be– (a) the Ports Commissioner; or (b) a duly qualified person acting on behalf of the Ports Commissioner; and (c) any other person appointed by the Ports Commissioner. 85 (2) The examiners for the prescribed examination of an applicant applying for a Certificate of Competency for Engineers shall be– (a) the Ports Commissioner; and (b) two other persons appointed by the Ports Commissioner. amendment of Harbours Regulations.
