Maintenance of buildings

All Government buildings on the station must be given proper care and attention by the occupants thereof. Any damage or partial destruction of a building apart from reasonable wear Harbours and Merchant Shipping 53 and tear shall be made good by the Keeper or Assistant in occupation or responsible for same.
