Overtaking

Harbour Regulations, reg. 67 · Revised Edition 2020

Every vessel overtaking any other shall keep clear of the overtaken vessel. But it shall be the duty of the overtaken vessel to allow a free passage, where practicable, for the overtaking vessel to pass.
