Disorderly persons

The Harbour Master, or any customs or police officer is hereby empowered to disperse all unruly or disorderly persons who may collect or be upon any part of the wharf, and any person or persons who shall refuse to obey an order to disperse or who shall fail to leave the limits of the wharf or any part thereof when requested so to do by the proper authority commits a breach of these Regulations.
