Damage by raft

The owner of any raft or rafts of logs which are under tow in the Belize River portion of the harbour or in the channel through the bar of such river shall in addition to any penalty provided by these Regulations be liable to pay the cost of making good any damage which such raft may wilfully or negligently cause to any vessel or vessels whether at anchor or under way.
