Penalties

Any person who wilfully fails to comply with the provisions of regulations 1 to 26 inclusive commits an offence against these Regulations and is liable on summary conviction Harbours and Merchant Shipping 41 for a breach of any regulation to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
