Power of fine

Any Keeper or Assistant Keeper committing a breach of any of these Regulations shall be subject to a fine not exceeding five dollars which may be imposed by the Harbour Master. The Harbour Master in fining any Keeper or Assistant Keeper shall inform him that he has the right of appealing to the Public Services Commission.
