Inventories

An inventory of all tools, spares and other Government property shall be kept at each station, which shall be pasted on to a board and hung up in the service room. Any loss, damage to, or theft of any of the articles listed on the inventory is to be duly reported to the Harbour Master. There shall be a proper handing over statement signed by the incoming and outgoing Keeper on every transfer taking place.
